Royal Enfield twin looks good and fast

Royal Enfield doesn't make a twin-cylinder motorcycle. Why not? It's apparently so easy that people keep doing it on their own. The motorcycle shown here is a made-in-India Bullet with a made-in-England Royal Enfield vertical twin in it.
